Data room for demo day follow-up.
A demo day follow-up room lets you send the same complete set of documents to many investors within hours of the pitch, see who reads what, and move serious investors to a call quickly. Have it finished before demo day, with the deck, memo, metrics, terms and company records, and a separate deeper folder for leads.

How it works for a startup.
Demo day concentrates investor interest into a few days. Founders often get dozens of requests after presenting, and the round tends to close within a few weeks if momentum holds. Responding within hours with a complete set of materials keeps you in the first group of conversations.
Most investors will look at the deck and memo and stop. A smaller group will open the metrics and terms, and a few will want the cap table and legal records. The activity log shows who is in which group, so you spend calls on investors who read the details.
Terms are usually set before demo day: a SAFE with a stated cap, or a lead already committed. Put the terms in the room so investors do not have to ask, and update the room when the round fills or the cap changes.

- Viewer activity log
- Shows which investor opened which file, for how long and when, and exports the record.
- Dynamic watermarks
- Stamps the viewer email and the time across every page, so a forwarded screenshot points back to its source.
- View-only and download control
- Set each file to view only, print or download, and change it later without resending anything.
- Mobile app
- An installable phone and tablet app on top of the mobile website.
- NDA e-signing
- Investors sign the NDA or click-through terms before the room opens.
Set up the room in 6 steps.
- 1
Finish the room the week before
Every file uploaded and checked, so replies go out the same day as the pitch.
- 2
Prepare one reply template
A short email with the room link, the terms and two times for a call.
- 3
Create invites per investor
Invite each investor by email rather than sharing one open link, so the activity log is useful.
- 4
Sort by reading depth
Each evening, list investors who opened metrics, terms or cap table and call them first.
- 5
Update terms as the round fills
Change the committed amount and closing date in the room, so late readers see current facts.
- 6
Sign in the room
Send SAFEs for e-signature and keep signed copies with the cap table.
Common mistakes.
- Building the room after demo day and losing the first 48 hours.
- One shared public link that gives no record of who read what.
- Leaving the old cap in the room after raising it.
