A guide, not an adviser
Everything here is general information written for founders, finance leads and their teams. None of it is legal, tax, accounting or investment advice for your company. A round, a sale or a tax election deserves a qualified adviser who knows your facts.
Prices and product details
Vendors change plans, limits and features without telling us. Listed prices appear as the vendor shows them; for vendors who only quote, the ranges are our own market bands. Every figure is indicative until the vendor confirms it.
Calculator results
The calculators apply the formulas printed on each page to the numbers you type. Their output is a planning estimate.
Leaving the site
Links to vendors, regulators and other websites are there for convenience. Those sites have their own owners and their own rules.
Reusing our material
Quote a short passage with a link back to the page you took it from. Copying whole pages, tables or the scoring data needs our written permission.
Liability
As far as the law permits, Startup Data Rooms accepts no liability for losses that come from using the site or relying on what it says.
